"Technica M" has designed and commissioned process control automation systems for all our operating batteries. Process control automation systems has been commissioning since 1996 year. "Technica M" has designed, put into operation and commissioned process control automation systems for Coke oven batteries No1, No6 and By-product recovery plants of OJSC “NLMK”, Russia; Coke oven batteries No5, No6 and pitch coke battery of OJSC "SeverStal", Russia, other sites.

All commissioned systems work reliably and are the main factor in coking process quality stabilization as well as long battery operating period. Commissioned systems considerably improved heating uniformity factor, push/charge schedule execution. Mathematical model of coking process commissioned on coke oven battery No3 has decreased heat consumption. Dry coke quenching plant and By-product recovery plant process control automation systems are commissioned. As a result of process control automation system commissioning the service personal number has been decreased and the Coke oven battery productivity increased as well.

At the present time "Technica M" works under the process control automation system for coke oven battery No 7 complex that includes: coke oven battery, dry quenching plant and by-product recovery plant. Process control automation systems are designed in state-of-the-art manner with involvement of mordern microprocessor and computing equipment from leading manufactures (Siemens etc.).
