Accepting unit of reagents storage
Description.Accepting unit of acid and alkali on reagents storage – a part of by-product recovery plant where discharging of sulfuric acid 91÷93% and alkali (sodium hydroxide) 42% from railway cisterns with pumping on reagents storage is made.
The main objectives of offered system of reagents acceptig unit, are:
- control of pumps operation providing the feeding of reagents in cisterns and storage
- maintenance of alkali temperature (20-60 °С)
- control of emergency levels of tanks for reagents
