Condensation plant

Tar being condensed in gas mains, battery main collectors comes to sedimentation tanks for further treatment. The heavy fraction, such as small particles of coke and coal, is accumulated in lower part of mechanized decanters and is removed periodically.

Proposed process control automation system provides:

• mechanized decanter's process control automation;
• level control in tar and water tanks;
• pump house operation control.
